I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the convenience of staying near the airport was a strong point, the unexpected facility fees were quite frustrating. The rooms were decent and the shuttle service was frequent, but the overall atmosphere felt outdated. The dining options were limited and overpriced as well. Overall, it was a fair stay, but there are definitely improvements needed.
Overall, my stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The service from the staff was outstanding, especially with Jonathan and Ermas being so helpful upon my arrival. However, I was disappointed by the surprise deposit and extra fees that felt overwhelming. The location was convenient near the airport, but the rooms could use a deep clean and some maintenance. While the dining staff were a delight, the condition of the rooms definitely affected my experience.
